background attactchment
add some content:
background-attachment:scroll;
bg will scroll with the text
background-attachment:inherit;
bg will inherit the bg properties value from the parent.
background-attachment:fixed;
background will no longer move
IF i am using the value fixed, can be confusing to the user.
